What is the best Pre-med/ Grad Med University in Australia? that offers Doctorial Degrees??

I am thinking about going to school in australia for Medicine. What is the best University for Pre-med and Graduate Med School there?? I want to go for all 4 yrs and grad school there.

There are only 42 (soon to be 43) universities in Australia, all of them are fully accredited and they are tightly regulated, therefore the quality and recognition of their graduates are equal from wherever university you are studying from. The most important thing is you have to READ the course information carefully, since some courses may have the same name but different content.

There are quite alot of Australian universities offering medical courses to international students. I suggest you to go to Dept of Education, Science and Technology (http://cricos.dest.gov.au) and IDP Education Australia website (www.idp.edu.au) online databases. The information abt fees & requirements can be found in the university’s website. Please make sure that you access the information for internationals students, since some requirements, application form and fees are different than Australians’.

Once decided on the uni, fill in the application form and send it together with certified copy of your academic qualification. Depending on your country of origin, you may also need to submit an IELTS test results for proof of your English proficiency (www.ielts.org)

It does seem like in Victoria, they appear to be open to helping adoptees (or descendents) with finding the records, UNDER CERTAIN LIMITATIONS. That is true in the US also… I don’t know of any hospital that releases any sort of records to adoptees. In Australia, they seem to have a specified agency that works with persons/ families that have been adopted. This refers to a cut off date of 1928, that seems to fall in your goal.
From first glance, this document is far more helpful than any I have seen, relatiing to US adoptions.
